Felling a little bit down or under the weather and can't be bothered achieving and of today's goals why not have a cold bath or shower that will awaken you.
Though do not do this on a really cold day as your body may go into shock, on cold days maybe a splash of cold water on the face to make you become aware of your existence.
Sometimes you need to shock yourself a little, not with electricity that hurts.... With cold water or even go outside on a cold day in just your under wear, the back yard not the front..... just something that will get the blood pumping.
Motivational shock works. Try it.
